.For every item we sell, we provide Entrupy authentication certificate for free, no extra charges or tax at all.
Our Process:
When Jennifer Team takes in an buyout or consignment piece, we first make every item undergo in-person and in-detail inspection. At anytime when we take in an item into our inventory, whether the item comes with previous certification or not, the item must go through our authenticity experts’ scrutiny to assess authenticity and also condition grade. Then, we will take detailed condition photos, 3-8 images per item. After our in-house authentication process, our experienced buyers would agree to buyout or consign the item with Jennifer Bags. First and Foremost, Jennifer values three things: Authenticity, authenticity, and authenticity.
The items would go to our sales channels, in our store, online site, and also in our live-stream shows on livestrem. Once Jennifer fans and customers purchase an item, we use Entrupy microscopic device to scan 12 to 36 pictures to submit to Entrupy algorithm. Usually, our customers receive an email containing their electronic Entrupy COA within 12 hours of after-purchase.
Post-sale Authenticity Guarantee
After Jennifer fans and customers receive their items, you are welcome to run the item through the boutique, other luxury authenticity service, or any trusted agencies to verify its authenticity. Counting since the date of delivery, any customer at anytime have 14 days of authenticity guarantee. If the customer provide letter of evidence stating the Ponhu item is in-fact not authentic, the customer is eligible to receive up to 4 times the value they paid in cash refund compensation.
